My advice would be to explore the site like a regular user would to get a better grasp of things try out ask in the Art forum if you're having trouble with the publishing side of things.
You also might want to check out Mastodon. ( https://mastodon.social/about )
It's less popular than Twitter/"X"/"Xwitter", but reportedly it's 'pretty good' for getting in touch with other artists. And... You know... It's 'not' run by a crazy-person. :)
